How ordering works

1. You send an order request from the website. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the reference of your request. No payment is taken at this stage.
2. We check the availability of the items and calculate the shipping costs to your address.
3. We send you a confirmation with the final amount (items and shipping) and the payment details.
4. Once your payment has been received, the items are carefully packed and shipped from Japan. You will receive the tracking number by e-mail.

Prices and currencies

Prices are shown in the currency of your choice. Prices in other currencies than the original one are converted with the latest exchange rates. The amount stated in our order confirmation is binding.

For items marked "price on request", we will send you a quote.

Items

Most items are unique pieces, often antique. Their condition is described as accurately as possible; please ask us if you would like more photographs or information before ordering.

Shipping, customs and export

Items are shipped from Japan. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are charged by the local authorities and are borne by the buyer. Where an export permit is required (for example for Japanese swords), we take care of the paperwork.
