Privacy policy

We only collect the personal data needed to answer your messages and to process your orders.

What we collect

  • Orders: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), billing and shipping addresses, the items ordered and your message.
  • Messages and bespoke searches: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and your message.
  • Customer account: the details above, saved so that you do not have to enter them again, and your password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Newsletter: your e-mail address, only if you tick the box, with the date of your consent.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores what it needs to work: your session when you are logged in, your language and your currency. Your basket is kept in your own browser.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as accounting rules require. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed. You can delete your customer account at any time from your account page.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your newsletter consent. Simply write to us using the contact page.
